We only get up a few weekends. Brett keeps an eye on the house and fixed a dripping outdoor spigot he noticed on a visit.

Home Watch in Harbert, MI
Home Watch for Harbert second homes. A photo report every visit, with freeze, leak, and storm checks while you're away.
Why Harbert homes need Home Watch
When the house is closed, heat setbacks and idle plumbing are where the trouble starts. A regular visit looks at water, heat, locks, and storm wear before it spreads.
What every visit covers
- Exterior walk: roof line, gutters, siding, decks, doors, windows, screens
- Entry points locked and secure; no signs of entry
- Interior: leaks, stains, moisture; under sinks, toilets, water heater, supply lines
- Heat & thermostat verified; sump pump and basement/crawl checked
- Fridge/freezer running; breakers checked; pests or animals
- Mail, packages, and flyers cleared so the place looks lived in
- Same-day photo report by text or email after every visit
Services Included
- Seasonal Open-Up & Close-Up
- After-Storm Checks
- Contractor & delivery meet-ups
- Pre-arrival prep before you or your guests arrive
- Repairs & fix-it lists done on-site
- Home Report Provided

Same guy every time. Home watch through the winter, and he handles the lawn when the season starts.
