Walk-Through
We tour the home and property with you, in person or by live video. Discuss the most important areas and needs.
Step 2
Patrol Schedule
Determine weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits and create a checklist with report.
Step 3
Report & Repair
You get a full report texted or emailed to you after each visit. We fix any issues if needed with your approval.
